To guarantee you corrosion-resistant drawer slides, hinges, furniture legs and brackets, we coat them using fully automated coating lines from MRS Gema of Switzerland and Yiruda of England. In fact, we are the only manufacturer in mainland China to own such advanced equipment.

Our 67,000-square-meter factory houses 10 production lines and 3,000 production staff. This enables us to turn out 8 million drawer slides, 25 million hinges, 500,000 metal boxes and 500,000 furniture legs per month. Delivery can be arranged in 30 days or less.
In-house production for uniform quality
To keep a tight control over costs and ensure uniform quality, we complete all processes in-house - from raw materials purchasing, cleaning and drying, to coating, solidifying and production. And we have 280 QC officers ensuring we maintain a 100 percent product qualification rate.
